Navigating your Eshopbox workspace

The Eshopbox workspace has a user-friendly design that allows for seamless navigation.

Interface

Eshopbox’s interface is divided into the following areas:

                                                                        
  1. Header: This area contains various modules, i.e., Inventory, Orders, Payments, Reports, and other settings.

  2. Top pane: This area contains the search bar, filters, and options like create, export, and sort depending on the module.

  3. Main pane: This area contains the data related to the module as per the search.

After logging in, you will be automatically redirected to the homepage. Here, you will find the header, along with a helpful to-do list to get you started, as well as a concise summary of your operational metrics.

The header pane displays the following:

  • Inventory 

  • Orders

  • Payments

  • Reports

  • Settings and workspace configurations

The Inventory header contains the following menu items:

  • All products

  • Consignments

  • Manage inventory

  • Remove inactive inventory

  1. All products: This module provides comprehensive information on all products in either a created or draft status within your Eshopbox workspace. Here, you can effortlessly develop products, access a centralized inventory across all enabled locations, and easily manage product availability. Learn here more about products.

  2. Consignments: A consignment is a collection of goods received at a fulfilment location for order fulfilment. You can createviewfilter, and track consignments and export the data for further analysis.

    This menu item contains the following:

  3. Manage inventory: Inventory signifies the quantity of each product for sale at a specific location. With Eshopbox, effortlessly manage and track your inventory, ensuring efficient stock control.

    This menu item contains the following:

  4. Remove inactive inventory: A removal is created to return any inactive inventory to the vendor for refurbishment or disposal. You can view, schedule, and track the removals created here.

The Orders header contains the following menu items:

  1. All orders: You will be redirected to the Orders page, where you can create orders via import, view, filter, track created orders, and export the data for further analysis. Learn here more about orders.

  2. All B2B orders: You will be redirected to the All B2B orders page to create, view, filter, and track created orders and export the data for further analysis. Learn here more about B2B orders.

  3. Self-fulfilment: You can only access this menu item if you have enabled self fulfilment for any location on your workspace. Once enabled, you can access the following:

    • Process orders

    • Process B2B orders

    • Process returns

Payment is an essential parameter for running a business. To ensure you receive the correct amount, you need to reconcile the payments. Learn more about payments here.

You can generate various reports from your Eshopbox workspace for orders where Eshopbox shipping is applicable.
