Expected delivery date: It is the expected date of delivery for an order calculated by Eshopbox considering various factors.
Shipping mode: It is the type of shipping used to deliver an order.
This filter allows you to select the shipping mode as standard, express, or priority.
Zone: It refers to a geographical area to which an order is to be delivered.
This filter allows you to select the delivery zone as local, zonal, national, metro, or remote.
Origin: It is the location from where the orders are dispatched. This displays the list of origin locations.
Destination: It is the location to which the orders are delivered. This filter displays the list of delivery locations.
Note: The data on this dashboard is updated after every 30 minutes. There can, however, be slight chances of data mismatch.
In this report, you can analyze the following:
On-time delivery rate: It is the rate of successful on-time order delivery. The data is calculated by dividing the number of on-time orders by the total number of orders placed.
Late delivery: The orders for which the first delivery attempt was made after the estimated delivery date.
A summary of the data is also available along with the report for the deliveries made, orders delivered on time, late and overdue.
This report shows how many orders are placed for a certain route and the time taken to reach them based on their origin and destination locations. You can also group this data based on the state as well as the city.
