The number of unsuccessful attempts.

The average response time for each communication channel.
You can compare the current delivery performance with the previous months by applying filters and also export it for further analysis.

From the header, navigate to Reports > Failed delivery. You will be redirected to the Failed delivery dashboard.
On the top pane, you can find the following filters.
Last delivery attempt on: It is the date range when the latest delivery attempt was made to deliver the order.
Delivery location: The location to which the orders are to be delivered. This displays a list of states to which orders were delivered.
Shipping mode: The type of shipping used to deliver an order. You can use this filter to set the shipping mode as standard, express, or priority.
Zone: The geographical area to which an order is to be delivered. You can use this filter to set the delivery zone as local, zonal, national, metro, or remote.
Origin: The location from where the orders are dispatched. This displays the list of origin locations.
Payment method: The mode of payment used while placing the order, i.e. Prepaid or COD.
Risk score: It is the predicted chance of failed delivery for an order, i.e. High, Medium or Low.
How often do deliveries fail over a given period?
In this report, you can analyze the following:
Failed delivery rate: This is calculated by dividing the failed delivery orders by the total number of orders.
Failed delivery returns: These are the orders for which a return is created after it failed to deliver.
Awaiting action: These are the orders on which no action was taken, even after a failed delivery.
A summary of the data is also available, along with the report for the deliveries made, orders delivered on time, and orders that were late or overdue.
What are the reasons for failed deliveries?
This report provides insights into the number of failed deliveries that have happened over a time period. It offers a detailed breakdown based on the specific reasons underlying each failed delivery. Learn more about the various reasons for failed delivery.
