Duration: It is the time period for which you want to calculate the on-time RTS rate.
Sales channel: It is the channel for which you want to calculate the On-time RTS rate.
Origin: It is the location from where the orders are dispatched. This displays the list of origin locations.
In this report, you can analyse the following:
On-time ready-to-ship (RTS) rate: It tells you about the success rate of attempting orders ready to ship within the expected RTS date. To calculate this data, your on-time orders get divided by the total no. of orders.
Late RTS: Orders for which the first RTS attempt has been made after the estimated RTS date.
Overdue: Orders that are due for the first RTS attempt, even after passing the estimated RTS date.
Exception: Orders that faced exceptions and were excluded from the on-time RTS rate.
A summary of the data is also available along with the report for the orders which were ready for shipping on time, orders which are still due past the expected date, and orders that may require your attention.
There can be various reasons for an order breaching the on-time RTS expected date.

Failed to RTS: Eshopbox fetches the invoice and shipping label for orders during the packing to mark them as ‘ready to ship’.
