Eshopbox fetches the invoice and shipping label for orders during the packing to mark them as ‘ready to ship’.
However, errors can occur when generating labels due to missing or incorrect order details, non-serviceable pin codes, incorrect product dimensions, etc. This can result in the order being marked as ‘Failed to RTS’ (Ready to Ship) on your workspace.
Orders can be marked as failed to RTS for the following reasons:

The shipping pin code is not serviceable, or the product weight and dimension details updated on the Eshopbox workspace need to be corrected. This applies to website orders like Shopify, Magento, etc.
Note: Handling of failed RTS orders may differ for marketplaces and shopping carts. If the issue is not resolved, it is recommended to cancel the order and initiate a refund (if applicable).
