From the header, navigate to Reports > On-time handover. You will be redirected to the On-time handover dashboard.
On the top pane, you can find the following filters:
Duration: It is the time period for which you want to calculate the on-time handover rate.
Sales channel: It is the channel for which you want to calculate the On-time handover rate.
Origin: It is the location from where the orders are dispatched. This displays the list of origin locations.
How is your handover performance over a period of time?
In this report, you can analyse the following:
On-time handover: It tells you about the success rate of attempting order handover within the expected handover date.
To calculate this data, the on-time orders are divided by the total number of orders (excluding exceptions).
Late handover: Orders for which the first attempt has been made after the estimated handover date.
Overdue: Orders that are due for handover and their estimated handover date has passed.
Exception: Orders that faced exceptions and were excluded from the on-time handover rate.
A summary of the data is also available, along with the report for the orders handed over on time, late orders, overdue orders, and orders that may require your attention.
