Note: You need to select whether you need to provide access to the team member to manage assets and update inventory.
Step 7: Click on Save.
An invite from Eshopbox will be sent to this email ID. The user needs to accept the invitation and register on Eshopbox using the same.
If you wish to revoke a team member's access to your workspace, you can change the team member's status from Active to Inactive. To do so, click on Action and select Inactive from the dropdown.
Once the status is set to Inactive, the user will not be able to log in to the workspace.
If the user is logged out and then made inactive, the changes are applied immediately. The user will not be able to access the workspace and will be redirected to an Access Denied page after entering the OTP.
If the user is logged in and made inactive, they will be able to access the workspace as long as they do not refresh the screen. Once refreshed, they cannot access the workspace and will be redirected to the Access Denied page.
Note: Eshopbox automatically logs out every user after 24 hours. So, in case any user who was made inactive while they were logged in will be logged out of the workspace after 24 hours.
