Email notifications are automated messages sent to your email address to inform you of a specific event. It is important to ensure that the notifications are relevant and timely. You can manage the notifications based on your preference and ensure that important updates are not being missed.

Eshopbox provides you with daily as well as real-time notifications.

  • Daily notifications: Eshopbox will notify you of all the important events or activities that have occurred in a day. These notifications are sent at 9 AM in the morning.

  • Real-time notifications: Eshopbox will notify you of any important event or activity as soon as it occurs.

Order exceptions that need attention

Setting up Eshopbox notifications

You can efficiently manage the notifications that you wish to receive on your workspace as well as subscribe or unsubscribe to the email notifications as per your requirement.

To manage notifications on your workspace, follow the below given steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.

  • Step 2: From the header, navigate to Settings.

  • Step 3: You will be redirected to the Settings page. Click on Workspace Notifications.

  • Step 4: You will be redirected to the Notification settings page.

  • Step 5: You can preview the notification by clicking on the eye icon. It will allow you to preview the content of a notification and how the email notification will look like.

  • Step 6: Click on the check box to subscribe to the desired email notifications.

  • Step 7: Click on Save.

Notes
If you invite a new user to your workspace, the user will be auto-subscribed to all the email notifications. You can change your notifications preferences by navigating to Notification settings.
