By default, Eshopbox is set as the WhatsApp sender. However, if you want to personalize the sender name, you need to configure WhatsApp on your Eshopbox workspace.

Before you start,
Make sure you have an active Eshopbox workspace.

Steps to configure WhatsApp with Eshopbox
To integrate WhatsApp with Eshopbox, you need to follow the below given steps.
Step 1: Installing WhatsApp
From the header of your Eshopbox workspace, navigate to Apps.
On the Apps listing page, search WhatsApp.
Click on the WhatsApp app icon.
You will be redirected to the Apps detail page where you need to configure WhatsApp with your Eshopbox workspace.
Step 2: Configuring WhatsApp
On the Apps detail page, you will be able to view the various steps that need to be completed in order to set up WhatsApp with Eshopbox.
Step 2.1: Connect your WhatsApp account
To connect your WhatsApp account, you need to follow the below steps:
Click on Connect your WhatsApp Account tab.

Select the phone number from the dropdown. Learn here how to add a phone number on WhatsApp.
Click on Connect.
Your WhatsApp account will be connected with your Eshopbox workspace.
Step 2.2: Create template messages
To create templates on WhatsApp, you need to utilize the predefined list of variables offered by Eshopbox. These variables are crucial for personalizing your messages.

Step 2.3: Notify customers
