Steps to export a consignment report

You need to follow the below-given steps to export the consignment report from your Eshopbox workspace.

  • Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.

  • Step 2: From the header, navigate to Inventory > Consignments > All Consignments.

  • Step 3: You will be redirected to the All Consignments page. Click on Export.

  • Step 4: You will be redirected to the Export consignments page. Click on Consignments matching your filters.

  • Step 5: Select the fields that you want to export.

    Note: All the available fields will be selected by default. You can download a comprehensive report detailing any overage quantities in your inventory as well.

  • Step 6: Click on Export CSV.

The report will get downloaded. You can access the same by navigating to File > Export.

Steps to schedule a consignment report

You can also schedule this report to get automatically notified over mail about your consignment status, without having to log into your workspace.

You need to follow the below-given steps to schedule the consignment report.

  • Step 1: Click on Schedule Report.

  • Step 2: Give a unique name to your report.

  • Step 3: Select the time interval at which you want the reports to be sent. Eshopbox enables you to schedule reports as per the following three intervals.

    • Every day: Select this option if you want to schedule your reports on a daily basis. Then provide the following.

      • Hours: Enter the hours of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

      • Minutes: Enter the minutes of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

      • AM/PM: Select the period of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

    • Every week: Select this option if you want to schedule your reports on a weekly basis. Then provide the following.

      • Day: Enter the day of the week on which you want the report to be sent.

      • Hours: Enter the hours of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

      • Minutes: Enter the minutes of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

      • AM/PM: Select the period of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

    • Every month: Select this option if you want to schedule your reports on a monthly basis. Then provide the following.

      • Day: Enter the day of the week on which you want the report to be sent.

      • Hours: Enter the hours of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

      • Minutes: Enter the minutes of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

      • AM/PM: Select the period of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

  • Step 4: You can also select a date range to filter your products based on when they were created or updated.

    For instance, you may select today from the Created on option and only those products will be selected for the report that you've created today. In case you wish to use this option, it is mandatory that you select at least one date range from the provided options.

  • Step 5: Add the team members who will receive this report. All the active team members of your workspace will be visible here.

Note: You can also schedule this report for your FTP/SFTP server by following the below steps. Make sure you have installed the Export to FTP app before scheduling it.

  • Step 6: Click on Export to FTP checkbox.

  • Step 7: Select the FTP server and enter the Directory path.

  • Step 8: Click on Schedule Report.

Glossary

  • Consignment number: A unique identifier assigned to the consignment for tracking and reference.

  • Consignment type: The category of consignment, such as purchase order, return, or stock transfer.

  • Document number: The associated document or reference number (e.g., PO number) for the consignment.

  • Consignment status: The current status of the consignment (e.g., pending, delivered, completed).

  • Location (from): The origin location from where the consignment was dispatched.

  • Location (to): The destination location where the consignment is being received.

  • Inward ID / Box ID: A unique identifier for the inward transaction or box within the consignment.

  • Eshopbox box ID: A system-generated ID used to track the physical box during inwarding.

  • Manufacturing Date: The production date of the product being inwarded.

  • Expiry Date: The date after which the product is no longer fit for sale or use.

  • Batch Code: A code used to identify a specific batch of manufactured products.

  • SKU: Stock Keeping Unit, a unique identifier for a product variant in inventory.

  • ESIN: Eshopbox Standard Identification Number, a unique ID assigned by Eshopbox to a product.

  • EAN: European Article Number, a globally recognized barcode standard for product identification.

  • MRP: Maximum Retail Price of the product.

  • Unit price: The individual price per unit of the product.

  • Brand: The brand or manufacturer of the product.

  • UPC: Universal Product Code, a barcode used widely for retail packaging in North America.

  • GTIN: Global Trade Item Number, an umbrella identifier that includes EAN, UPC, and other codes.

  • Created on: The date when the consignment was created in the system.

  • Scheduled for: The intended date of consignment delivery.

  • Delivered on: The actual date the consignment was delivered.

  • Processing initiated on: The date when the inwarding process was started.

  • Inward on: The date when items were received into inventory.

  • Completed on: The date when the inwarding process was successfully completed.

  • Ordered quantity: The quantity of each item originally ordered in the consignment.

  • Received quantity: The quantity physically received at the warehouse.

  • Accepted quantity: The number of units that passed quality check and were accepted into inventory.

  • Rejected quantity: The number of units that failed quality check and were rejected.

  • Pending quantity: The quantity still awaiting QC or confirmation.

  • Shortage quantity: The number of items less than the ordered quantity.

  • Overage quantity: The number of items received in excess of the ordered quantity.

  • Rejection reasons: The reasons provided for rejecting an item during QC (e.g., damaged, expired, wrong item).
