FAQs

Q1. Are there any minimum credits I need to maintain in my workspace?

Yes, it's important to maintain a minimum of 500 credits in your workspace. This amount helps cover charges that are applied at a later time, such as WhatsApp messages, weight discrepancies, and more, ensuring your services continue without any interruptions.

Q2. Is there a limit on how many times I can recharge my account?

No, you can recharge your account as many times as you need without any monthly or weekly limits.

Q3. I am unable to recharge my wallet. What should I do?

If you cannot recharge your wallet, try these troubleshooting steps:
  • Ensure that your wallet recharge amount is at least INR 1000, as Eshopbox does not accept recharges below this minimum limit.
  • Perform a hard refresh, as outdated data might cause issues with the recharge process.

  • Review your payment method to confirm your card, bank, or UPI details are valid and you have sufficient funds.

  • Try an alternative payment method like using another card, net banking, or UPI.

  • If the problem continues, raise a ticket with Eshopbox support for further assistance.

Q4. My transaction was successful, but I haven't received credits in my wallet. What should I do?

If your transaction was successful but the amount hasn't appeared in your Eshopbox Wallet, follow these steps:
  • Wait a few minutes and verify the payment success in your bank or payment app.
  • Check your transaction status in Passbook > Recharges.

  • If the issue persists, describe the issue and attach a screenshot of the payment showing the transaction value and timestamp along with the transaction ID by raising a ticket.

Q5. Can I get a refund or transfer money out of my wallet?

No, wallet recharges cannot be refunded or transferred out once they are processed. If you need help with your wallet balance, please contact Eshopbox support.

Q6. How will I receive an invoice for my wallet recharges?

Invoices are not generated for wallet recharges. Instead, you receive invoices for expenses incurred from your wallet balance. These invoices are generated weekly, combining all expenses from that period. Since payments are already collected through wallet recharges, these invoices are automatically marked as paid.

Q7. I can see Eshopbox credits in my wallet. What are these, and how can I use them?

Eshopbox credits are limited validity credits added to your wallet when you purchase or renew your subscription for the Essential plan. Your Eshopbox credits stay valid throughout your subscription period. With each renewal, your previous credits expire, and new credits are added to your wallet balance, which can be used to pay for all the Eshopbox services. Learn more about Eshopbox credits here.
