Steps to integrate Eshopbox shipping with Fynd
To integrate Eshopbox shipping with Fynd, you need to follow the below-given steps:
Step 1: Install the Fynd app
To install the Fynd app in your Eshopbox workspace, you need to follow the below-given steps:
Step 1.1: From the header, navigate to Apps.
Step 1.2: You will be redirected to the Apps page. Search for Fynd.
Step 1.3: Click on Fynd app. You will be redirected to the Apps detail page.
Step 1.4: The Client ID, Client secret and Refresh token will be auto-populated.
You need to enter the Client ID, Client secret and Refresh token generated here in Step 3.8.
Step 2: Configure shipping mode in Eshopbox
Eshopbox provides two shipping modes:
Eshopbox Standard: Optimised for cost
Eshopbox Express: Optimised for speed
Configuring the shipping mode allows you to prioritize the shipping options available to ship an order. You can use it to split courier allocation based on order value, zone, payment method, location, etc. Learn how to configure shipping mode in Eshopbox.

Step 3: Connect Eshopbox shipping provider in Fynd
Once you have connected your workspace with the Fynd app and configured the shipping mode, you need to add Eshopbox as a shipping provider on Fynd.
To do so, you need to follow the below-given steps:
Step 3.1: Log in to https://platform.fynd.com/.
Step 3.2: Navigate to Logistics > Delivery setup > Delivery Partners.
Step 3.7: Enter the Custom plan name and Plan type. You can select Air as the plan type. However, Eshopbox will be assigning the shipping mode on the basis of the shipping mode rules configured in your Eshopbox workspace. Learn how to configure shipping mode in Eshopbox.
Step 3.8: Enter the Client ID, Client secret and refresh token generated on your Eshopbox workspace in Step 1.4.
Step 3.9: Click on Regenerate. Share the generated Webhook token and Webhook URL with Eshopbox to configure them for real-time status updates by creating a ticket. Learn here how to raise a ticket to Eshopbox support.
The configuration usually takes 24 working hours to complete.
Step 3.10: Update the Delivery Service Capabilities.
