Steps to integrate Eshopbox shipping with Unicommerce
To integrate Eshopbox shipping with Uniceommerce, you need to follow the below-given steps:
Step 1: Install the Unicommerce app
To install the Unicommerce app in your Eshopbox workspace, you need to follow the below-given steps:
Step 1.1: From the header, navigate to Apps.
Step 1.2: You will be redirected to the Apps page. Search for Unicommerce.
Step 1.3: Click on Unicommerce app. You will be redirected to the Apps detail page.
Step 1.4: The Username and Password will be auto-populated.
You need to enter the username and password generated here in Step 3.6.
Eshopbox recommends creating a user in your Unicommerce account only for Eshopbox integration. This way, any activity performed in your Unicommerce account by this user can be attributed to being done using integration.Make sure that this user has Admin access to the facility for which Eshopbox will fulfil the orders, access to process orders and update inventory. Also, whenever you change this user account's password, you need to immediately reconnect the Unicommerce app in the Eshopbox workspace using the new credential. Step 2: Configure shipping mode in Eshopbox
Eshopbox provides two shipping modes:
Eshopbox Standard: Optimised for cost
Eshopbox Express: Optimised for speed
Configuring the shipping mode allows you to prioritize the shipping options available to ship an order. You can use it to split courier allocation based on order value, zone, payment method, location, etc. Learn how to configure shipping mode in Eshopbox.

Step 3: Connect Eshopbox shipping provider in Unicommerce
Once you have connected your workspace with the Unicommerce app and configured the shipping mode, you need to add Eshopbox as a shipping provider on Unicommerce.
To do so, you need to follow the below-given steps:
Step 3.3: Click on Add Shipping Provider.
Step 3.4: Search for Eshopbox and click on Eshopbox Shipping.
Step 3.5: Fill in the below-given details.
Shipping Provider Name: Enter the Shipping provider name
Enabled: To mark shipping provider enable or disable in Unicommerce.
Tracking Enabled: Mark this as Yes if the shipping provider provides tracking info.
Select Serviceability as Any facility to any Place / This Facility to selected Pincodes / Any Facility to Selected Pincodes.
Forward Shipment: Add both COD and Prepaid Shipping Methods having AWB Generation selected as API.
Reverse Shipment: ReversePickup-Prepaid Shipping Methods having AWB Generation selected as API.
Recommended values for configuring Eshopbox Shipping Provider in Unicommerce:

Step 3.6: Click on Connectors and add the Eshopbox API credentials as below:
Username | Use the username generated in step 2.3. |
Password | Use the password generated in step 2.3. |
Step 3.7: Click on Save.
Once done with the above steps, you can start assigning orders to Eshopbox shipping.
If you are using a Professional or Enterprise account, you can set configurations for allocating orders to Eshopbox for specific channels based on weight criteria or the type of category under which products fall.
To do so, login to your Unicommerce account and navigate to Main Menu (Tools) > Import > Select import as “Shipping Rules” > CREATE NEW from the Import Option. Learn how to define the shipping rules.
