You can now seamlessly integrate your Order Management System (OMS) with Eshopbox to leverage its efficient shipping services. This integration will help streamline your shipping process and enhance your overall order fulfilment experience.
Before you start, make sure you have
An Easyecom account
An active Eshopbox workspace
To integrate Eshopbox shipping with Easyecom, you need to follow the below-given steps:
Step 1: Install the Easyecom app
To install the Easyecom app in your Eshopbox workspace, you need to follow the below-given steps:
Step 1.1: From the header, navigate to Apps.
Step 1.2: You will be redirected to the Apps page. Search for Easyecom.
Step 1.3: Click on Easyecom app. You will be redirected to the Apps detail page.
Step 1.4: The Client ID, Client secret and Refresh token will be auto-populated.
You need to enter the Client ID, Client secret and refresh token generated here in step 3.4.
Step 2: Configure shipping mode in Eshopbox
Eshopbox provides two shipping modes:
Eshopbox Standard: Optimised for cost
Eshopbox Express: Optimised for speed
Configuring the shipping mode allows you to prioritize the shipping options available to ship an order. You can use it to split courier allocation based on order value, zone, payment method, location, etc. Learn how to configure shipping mode in Eshopbox.

Step 3: Connect Eshopbox as a shipping provider in Easyecom
To connect Eshopbox as a shipping provider in Easyecom, you need to follow the below-given steps:
Step 3.1: Navigate to Masters > Carrier Master.
Step 3.4: Please add the remaining values as mentioned in the below given table
