When you add a location on your Eshopbox workspace, Eshopbox checks the serviceability of the pincode of the pickup location. If the pickup location is not serviceable using Eshopbox shipping, Eshopbox will mark that location as unavailable for Eshopbox shipping.
In case the location has been marked as unavailable, you can:
Update the pincode of the location: If the pincode is not serviceable by Eshopbox shipping, you can edit the location and update the pincode. Learn how to change pincode of your location.
Self-ship the orders: You will have to upload the shipping label and invoices for the order to self-ship. Learn how to upload shipping labels.
