You need to follow the below-given steps to create Amazon Prime returns on your Eshopbox workspace:
You will receive your Amazon Prime return information at your primary email address registered with your Amazon Seller Central account. The return information is provided in an attachment file consisting of two sheets named Returns and Rejected.
Returns: This sheet consists of all customer-initiated returns (CIR)
Rejected: This sheet consists of all failed-delivery Returns (FDR)
Once you have received the return information from Amazon, you need to download the Eshopbox return template by following the steps below:
Step 2.1: Login to your Eshopbox workspace.
Step 2.2: From the header, navigate to Orders > All orders. You will be redirected to the Orders page.
Step 2.3: Navigate to the top right corner and click on Import.

Your Amazon Prime returns are now being created in Eshopbox.
Once your return template has been imported into Eshopbox, you can track the status of your returns by navigating to the 'Files' tab from the sidebar of the Eshopbox workspace. Here, you will be able to see one of the following statuses for the returns that have been imported:
Returns created: This means that returns have been successfully imported into Eshopbox. For example, 200 returns created.
Returns failed: This means that returns could not be created in Eshopbox. This usually happens when there are errors while processing the return template. For example, 125 returns failed.
You need to take corrective action for these failed returns and re-upload the modified return template into Eshopbox. To understand how to handle failed returns, read troubleshooting return import.
