Enabling the risk score feature allows you to track and troubleshoot the orders on hold due to high risk.
In this article, you will learn how to enable risk score on your workspace.
To enable risk score on your workspace, follow the below-given steps:
Step 1: From the header, navigate to Settings.
Step 2: You will be redirected to the Settings page. Select Risk score.
Step 3: You will be redirected to the Risk score page. Turn on the Enable Risk score toggle. This will enable the risk score feature for your workspace.
Note: Once you enable this, Eshopbox will be able to calculate the risk score for all the orders created on your workspace where Eshopbox shipping is applicable.
Step 4: Once you enable risk score for your workspace, Eshopbox will share real-time SMS and email notifications to the customers for the orders on hold due to high risk. You can enable this from your customer portal. Learn here how to manage customer notifications.

It is important to keep track of the orders associated with a risk of failed delivery to troubleshoot them. You can track this in various ways on your workspace.
Navigate to the Orders page to check the orders flagged as high-risk along with the reason.
Using the On Hold segment on the Orders page to filter out orders on hold due to high-risk score.
Exporting the Sales report for orders with a risk score along with the risk score reason and the action taken by.
Once an order is identified as high-risk, you need to take appropriate action to troubleshoot it. Learn here how to troubleshoot orders on hold due to high risk.
You can also track who has taken action on the high-risk score orders by exporting the Sales report.
Step 5: Configure the auto-release time period. Eshopbox places orders with high-risk on hold for a time period to allow you to verify the details with the customer before processing them.
In case no action is taken on these orders, Eshopbox will automatically release the order and send them for processing after the set time. The time period is set as 24 hours by default. You can customize this as per your requirement from the Risk Score settings page.
