Enabling risk score on your workspace

The Risk Score feature enables you to track and troubleshoot orders that are placed on hold due to high-risk indicators, helping reduce failed deliveries. By identifying potentially risky orders early in the fulfillment process, the feature supports better decision-making and improves overall delivery success rates.

Manage and configure risk score on your workspace

To manage and configure risk score on your workspace, follow the below-given steps:

Step 1: From the header, navigate to Settings.

Step 2: You will be redirected to the Settings page. Select Risk score.

Step 3: You will be redirected to the Risk score page. On the Risk score page, the Risk score toggle is turned ON by default.


Note: Eshopbox calculates the risk score for all orders where Eshopbox shipping is applicable.

Step 4: High-risk orders are placed on hold by default and are not released automatically unless auto-release is enabled. To enable it, turn on Automatically release high-risk orders, set the time period (in hours), and click Save.


Note: You can track high-risk orders in the following ways:

It is important to keep track of the orders associated with a risk of failed delivery to troubleshoot them. You can track this in various ways on your workspace.

  • Navigate to the Orders page to check the orders flagged as high-risk along with the reason.
  • Using the On Hold segment on the Orders page to filter out orders on hold due to high-risk score.

           

  • Exporting the Sales report for orders with a risk score along with the risk score reason and the action taken by.
