You may want to export product reports from time to time to track your inventory, product availability, and much more.

In this article, you will learn how to export and schedule products & inventory reports from your Eshopbox workspace.

Exporting reports

  • Navigate to the sidebar and click on Inventory > All products.

  • Use the filters/view or click on the checkbox to select the products for which you want to export a report. Learn how to filter products.

  • Click on Export.

  • Select one of the following three options to confirm the list of products for which you want to export the report.

    • Selected products: Refers to those products which you've selected by clicking on the checkboxes.

    • Product matching your filters: Refers to all the products matching your selected filter/ view.

    • All products: Refers to all the products you have created on Eshopbox.

  • Choose which type of report you want to export. Eshopbox allows you to extract three types of reports:

    • Product and inventory report: Export this report to extract product information consolidated inventory available at all locations.

    • Inventory report: Export this report to extract product information with status and location wise inventory breakdown.

    • Product availability report: Export this report to extract product information with its availability status on the sales channel.

  • Upon selection, all relevant fields will be auto-selected. You may select/de-select any fields by simply clicking on the checkboxes.


  • Click Export CSV.


Schedule reports

You can schedule your product reports at a given time interval. When you schedule reports, they are directly sent to you and your team members email addresses at the selected time interval. To schedule a product report, follow the steps below.

  • Navigate to the sidebar and click on Inventory >All products.

  • Use the filters/view or click on the checkbox to select the products for which you want to export a report.

  • Click on Export.

  • Select one of the following three options to confirm the list of products for which you want to export the report.

    • Selected products: Refers to those products which you've selected by clicking on the checkboxes.

    • Product matching your filters: Refers to all the products matching your selected filter/ view.

    • All products: Refers to all the products you have created on Eshopbox

  • Choose which type of report you want to export. Eshopbox allows you to extract three types of reports:

    • Product and inventory report: Export this report to extract product information consolidated inventory available at all locations.

    • Inventory report: Export this report to extract product information with status and location wise inventory breakdown.

    • Product availability report: Export this report to extract product information with its availability status on the sales channel.

  • Upon selection, all relevant fields will be auto-selected. You may select/de-select any fields by simply clicking on the checkboxes.

  • Click Schedule Report.

  • Give a unique name to your report.

  • Select the time interval at which you want the reports to be sent. Eshopbox enables you to schedule reports as per the following three intervals.

    • Every day: Select this option if you want to schedule your reports on a daily basis. Then provide the following.

      • Hours: Enter the hours of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

      • Minutes: Enter the minutes of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

      • AM/PM: Select the period of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

    • Every week: Select this option if you want to schedule your reports on a weekly basis. Then provide the following.

      • Day: Enter the day of the week on which you want the report to be sent.

      • Hours: Enter the hours of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

      • Minutes: Enter the minutes of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

      • AM/PM: Select the period of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

    • Every month: Select this option if you want to schedule your reports on a monthly basis. Then provide the following.

      • Day: Enter the day of the week on which you want the report to be sent.

      • Hours: Enter the hours of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

      • Minutes: Enter the minutes of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

      • AM/PM: Select the period of the day at which you want the report to be sent.

  • Additionally, you can also select a date range to filter your products based on when they were created or updated. For instance, you may select today from the Created on option and only those products will be selected for the report that you've created today. In case you wish to use this option, it is mandatory that you select at least one date range from provided options.

  • Add the team members who will receive this report. All the active team members of your workspace will be visible here.

  • Click Schedule report.

Save template

You can create custom reports in case you wish to regularly receive your product report with certain specific product attributes.

To create a custom report, follow the steps below:

  • Select/de-select the checkboxes for the attributes you want to export in the report.

  • Click Save template.

You can now access this custom product report as and when required.
