Eshopbox allows you to style your customer portal to provide a branded tracking experience for your customers.

Style your customer portal

From the sidebar of the Eshopbox workspace, navigate to Customer Portal > Style your customer portal. Follow the below steps in order to style your customer portal:

Step 1: Upload your brand logo

Click on the Upload logo and select the image you wish to upload. The logo should be in PNG, JPG, or GIF format. The image size will be scaled up to 154px by 24px.

Note: By default, the logo on your customer portal will be uploaded as "Your Brand" as displayed in the preview below.

Step 2: Upload Favicon

Click on the upload favicon and select the image you wish to upload. The optimal size of the favicon should be 16px by 16px.

Note: By default, the Eshopbox favicon will be present on your customer portal.

Step 3: Add the background colour

Select the background colour for your customer portal. You can do this in two ways:

  • By entering the HEX colour code in the background colour input field.

  • By selecting a colour from the colour palette by clicking on the colour box.

Note: By default, the #F6F6F6 colour code will be selected as the default background colour for your customer portal.

Step 4: Add the action button colour

Select the colour for your action buttons. You can do this in two ways:

  • By entering the HEX colour code in the background colour input field.

  • By clicking on the colour box and selecting a colour from the colour palette

Note: By default, the #2DDBD1 colour code will be selected as the default colour for your action buttons.

Step 5: Save the changes

Once you have completed all the above steps, click on 'Save'. All changes will be reflected on your customer portal immediately. You can preview the changes on the right side of your screen on mobile and desktop by using the toggle function
