Zapier is an online automation tool that connects your apps, such as Gmail, Slack, Mailchimp, etc. You can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks. You do not need coding or rely on developers to build the integration. It's easy enough that anyone can develop their own app workflows with just a few clicks.

Before you start

Before starting with Zapier, you need to understand the below terms:


Zap: A Zap is an automated workflow between your apps. For example, you may have a Zap that saves your Gmail attachments to dropbox. Another Zap that saves google form response to create consignment. Zaps consist of at least two parts: a trigger and actions.

Trigger: A trigger is an event in an app that starts the Zap. Once you set up a Zap, Zapier will monitor the app for that event. For example, you can receive a lot of emails through your Gmail account, but the Zap isn't triggered until an email contains an attachment.

Action: An action is an event that completes the Zap. For example, the action is uploading the attachment from your email to dropbox.


Connecting Eshopbox to Zapier

First, log in to your Zapier account or create a new account.

Navigate to My Apps from the top menu bar. Now, click on Connect a new account and search for "Eshopbox." Use your credentials to connect your Eshopbox account to Zapier.

Getting started with Zap

You can proceed with a zap in two ways:

  • Use a pre-made Zap: These are the Zap templates that are pre-designed by Eshopbox. You only need to provide field details.

  • Create Zap: Here, you create a new Zap from scratch. Creating a Zap requires no coding knowledge, and you'll be walked step-by-step through the setup. If you have any additional questions, you can reach out to contact@zapier.com.

How to connect Eshopbox to your Zapier account

To connect your Eshopbox account, click on sign in to Eshopbox within the Zap. Next, make sure you’re logged into your Eshopbox account.

Click install app. This will give Zapier permission to access your account. Your Eshopbox account will then be successfully connected.
