After you've created products, you can edit them to modify their descriptions, prices, and other product attributes. This article will help you in understanding how and what attributes you can edit in a product.
Below are the two ways to edit your product.
Individually
In bulk
Make sure you have created a product on the Eshopbox workspace.
Here, you will able to view all the details of the product.
To modify the details, click on the edit icon at the top right side of the header. Update the product attributes which you wish to modify and click save.
While editing a product, you also need to update the information on physical products. There should be no mismatch between physical product details and what’s described in the Eshopbox workspace. For example, if you update the MRP of the product on the Eshopbox workspace, you need to update the product tag. If you miss updating the details, Eshopbox might reject your product during a quality check.

You cannot edit the following details once the product is created:

SKU: This is the unique SKU assigned by you for the product. In case you entered the wrong SKU while creating a product, you need to create a new product with the correct SKU.
Components and quantity: This is applicable only for the virtual kit. In case you want to update the components or the quantity, you're supposed to create a new virtual kit.
Batch tracking attribute: You can enable or disable batch tracking for your products. Once enabled, you need to select the batch tracking attribute. You cannot edit the batch tracking attribute if batch tracking is enabled for the product.
You can edit multiple products at once from import.
The bulk update feature provides an easier way to ensure all your product information is up-to-date. Updating your product details in bulk via CSV upload can help you to avoid inconsistencies.
To edit the product in bulk, navigate to Inventory > All products > Import > Create new or update existing products. Depending on the product you want to edit, select the product type(base and virtual kit)
Depending on the product you want to edit, select the product type, i.e., Base product or virtual kit.
You can download and view a sample product CSV file to use as a template. The sample template consists of instructions, sample products, and it’s variants. Your import file is likely to have many more products and variants. Learn to prepare the import sheet.
Fill out the fields you want to modify along with the SKU. Save your completed CSV. Click on add CSV. Upload the completed CSV and click on submit.
Eshopbox will start processing the uploaded CSV. An import status report will be available for download once the processing is complete. Navigate to files > Imports. Download the import status report to check the status of the uploaded CSV. The possible response can be:
Completed: This status means you have added a new kit to your workspace by sharing all the details as per Eshopbox guidelines. For example, 1200 Items completed. This means you have updated the details of 1200 products.
Failed: If products were partially updated or were unable to update, you would see the failure reason separately. This status means you failed to update the product details because of incorrect information. For example, 734 items failed. This means you have entered the wrong information on 734 products.
To understand what is wrong, you can download the inward status report. You need to rectify the CSV and follow the same steps to upload the new CSV.
Once your kits have been imported, you can see updated details on your workspace's listing page.
