Eshopbox Prime is a premium shipping service offering Same Day Delivery (SDD) and Next Day Delivery (NDD) to enhance your customers' experience.
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for using Eshopbox Prime services.
A minimum of 25 shipments per pickup per location is required to avail of Eshopbox Prime services.
For SDD shipments, the maximum weight limit is 5 kg per shipment.
For NDD shipments, the maximum weight limit is 15 kg per shipment.
The pincode of the delivery location must be serviceable via Eshopbox Prime shipping. Learn here how to check pincode serviceability.
For safety, legal compliance, and operational efficiency, Eshopbox does not allow the shipping of certain items. You can review the list of restricted items before preparing your shipments.
Note: Any attempt to ship restricted items will result in order cancellation and may incur penalties according to Eshopbox's compliance guidelines.
The order processing SLA for shipping orders via Eshopbox Prime is as follows:
Same-day delivery: Orders qualifying for Same Day Delivery (SDD) must be marked as Ready to Ship before 10 am, and the courier will attempt pickup between 10 am and 11 am daily.
Next-day delivery: Orders qualifying for Next Day Delivery (NDD) must be marked as Ready to Ship before 1 pm, and the courier will attempt pickup between 1 pm and 2 pm daily.
Make sure to follow the below while handing over the orders:
Provide accurate product details, invoice values, and required documentation.
All shipments are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
In case of shipment loss or damage, liability is capped at the invoice value or INR 5000, whichever is lower. Learn here about the Eshopbox shipping warranty policy.
