Benefits of using Eshopbox WMS
Completely on-demand, pay-as-you-go pricing: No fixed rentals or long-term commitments.
Stringent service-level standards: Exceptional inventory accuracy, on-time order processing, and order accuracy.
Zero weight disputes: Precise shipment weight management to avoid courier overcharges.
On-demand footage for every order and return: Access to recorded packing and return processing videos to resolve customer issues and claim reimbursements for fraudulent returns.
How does Eshopbox WMS power these benefits?
Every shelf, tote, pigeonhole, and staging area in our fulfilment centres is QR-coded and fully integrated with our WMS.
Every unit received is barcoded and mapped to a precise location, enabling real-time inventory tracking.
Handheld devices used for picking and putaway are directly synced with our WMS for optimised, error-free operations.
Processing tables are monitored by cameras, with a continuous live feed connected to the WMS to maintain order integrity.
Weight profiling at receiving stations, which are integrated with our warehouse management system (WMS). Every product's weight is profiled during receiving to:
Optimise shipment planning
Select the best packaging
Weight profiling at outward stations to ensure accurate weight matching, which prevents courier disputes
No manual keyboard entries are allowed in operations. This eliminates human error and significantly speeds up the fulfilment processes.
Blue-collar friendly WMS interface: Easy-to-use design ensures quick onboarding and efficient management of volume surges with minimal lead time.
These advanced optimisations empower us to deliver scalable, on-demand fulfilment while maintaining the highest service quality standards.
Integration with your existing fulfilment software
We recognise that your internal systems may already be tightly integrated with your current fulfilment software. That's why we offer seamless integration between your existing fulfilment software and Eshopbox’s operations.
How it works?
Your sales channels and internal systems remain integrated with your existing fulfilment software.
Eshopbox syncs real-time inventory updates to your fulfilment software, which is then updated on your sales channels.
Orders from your sales channels are automatically imported into Eshopbox’s system for processing.
Order status updates, including shipments, returns, and cancellations, are sent back to your fulfilment software.
If you are fulfilling from multiple locations, including your own, your fulfilment software can configure separate locations:
Orders assigned to Eshopbox fulfilment centres (FCs) are automatically pulled by Eshopbox.
You can continue fulfilling orders from your own facilities using your existing process.
FAQs
Q1. Can my team track inventory and order statuses through our current fulfilment software?
Yes, you'll have full visibility through your existing software. However, you'll need to log into the Eshopbox workspace for certain specific actions:
Send or recall inventory to/from Eshopbox FCs.
Track non-sellable inventory and in-progress inventory.
Q2. Which fulfilment software is Eshopbox currently integrated with?
We are fully integrated with:
Fynd
In-progress integrations:
EasyEcom
Vinculum
If your fulfilment software isn't listed above, you can request an integration by reaching out to your Customer Success Manager.
Q3: Will using Eshopbox WMS as an additional system cause inventory or order sync delays that could lead to unfulfillable orders or poor customer experience?
Eshopbox's integration architecture ensures real-time or near-real-time data synchronisation between Eshopbox WMS, your fulfilment software, and your sales channels.
Inventory Sync
Eshopbox updates inventory changes in real time.
Updates are pushed immediately to your fulfilment software and connected sales channels whenever stock is received, picked, or moved.
Any potential delay is less than a few seconds, significantly faster than traditional batch-based systems.
Order Sync
Orders are automatically pulled from your fulfilment software into Eshopbox every few minutes (typically 2–5 minutes, based on platform API limits).
Order status updates (processing, shipped, cancelled, or returned) are pushed back instantly upon processing.
The synchronisation is so rapid that it operates virtually instantaneously. This means there's no risk of overselling or stockouts due to sync delays.
Q4: Will my operational processes or reports change?
Your internal processes and reporting will remain largely the same. Eshopbox's WMS feeds real-time data into your current fulfilment software, allowing you to continue using your familiar dashboards for order tracking, inventory, and reports.
You can easily access any additional operational data, such as putaway reports, manifests, and order exceptions, through the Eshopbox workspace without disrupting your existing workflows.
Q5. Can our own WMS be integrated with all the infrastructure at an Eshopbox fulfilment centre?
It is typically not feasible to integrate an external WMS with the shared infrastructure at Eshopbox fulfilment centres.
Our fulfilment centres operate on an integrated, optimised infrastructure that includes handheld devices, QR-coded locations, conveyor systems, packing stations, and real-time camera monitoring, all seamlessly connected with Eshopbox WMS.
If you require full integration of your own WMS:
A dedicated operational space would need to be set up within the Eshopbox facility.
You would need to invest in separate hardware and infrastructure, including scanners, workstations, and monitoring systems.
All infrastructure costs would need to be borne by the client.
This would also result in different operational complexity and SLA management compared to our shared fulfilment model.
For seamless, cost-effective, and SLA-driven operations, we recommend using our proven Eshopbox WMS setup. This way, you can maintain your internal systems while benefiting from our cutting-edge operational excellence, giving you the best of both worlds without disrupting your existing workflows.
