    • Check the inventory update logs to confirm if the zero inventory update was processed in Nykaa.

    • Validate Nykaa’s API response to ensure the inventory update was accepted.

    • Compare the inventory update and order creation timestamps to verify if the order was created after the inventory update.

    • If there’s a delay, Nykaa might have processed the order based on outdated stock data.

Case II: Parent Vendor Assignment

  • Cause: Nykaa assigns orders to the parent vendor even when inventory is unavailable at both the child and parent vendor levels.
