Troubleshooting orders on Amazon

Your Amazon account will be seamlessly connected to your Eshopbox workspace so that you don't have to log in to multiple panels for day-to-day operations. But there can be certain instances when you need to manually log in to your workspace to fix the error.

In this article, you will learn the commonly faced issues with Amazon orders and how to troubleshoot them.

There is a delay of 24 hours between an order getting placed, verified and created on Amazon leading to a delay in order creation on the Eshopbox workspace. Therefore, it is recommended to wait for at least 24 hours for the order to get synced before troubleshooting.

There may be certain instances when an order does not appear on the Eshopbox workspace even after 24 hours, causing confusion and inconvenience. In such cases, you need to follow the given troubleshooting methods depending on your selected Amazon fulfilment model.

Case I: For Amazon FBA orders

Eshopbox suggests you to take the following action steps to troubleshoot an Amazon FBA order:

  • Make sure the product is created on the Eshopbox workspace and made available to Amazon FBA.

  • Make sure the order is assigned to an Eshopbox fulfillment location if you are working with multiple Amazon fulfillment models. To find out whether the location is an Eshopbox fulfillment center or not, you need to raise a ticket to Amazon support.

  • If the order is still not created on the Eshopbox workspace even after 24 hours then we suggest you to raise a ticket to Eshopbox support with the following details:

    • Order ID

    • SmartConnect Order ID

    • Shipment ID

    • Seller Merchant ID

    • SKU

    • Location ID

Case II: For Amazon Easyship/ Selfship orders

Eshopbox suggests you to take the following action steps to troubleshoot an Amazon Easyship/Selfship order:

  • Make sure the product is created on the Eshopbox workspace and made available to Amazon Easyship/ Selfship.

  • Make sure the inventory for the product is not updated manually on the Amazon seller panel.

  • Make sure that the inventory is made 0 on the Amazon seller panel before integrating with Eshopbox and then the inventory should be synced with that available on Eshopbox.
