Troubleshooting failed inventory updates on Flipkart

To make products available to Flipkart, inventory updates need to be pushed successfully from Eshopbox. When this does not happen, you will receive one of the below-mentioned errors.

In this article, you will learn how to troubleshoot these errors.

Case 1:

Error message: You have already listed this product <FSN> on Flipkart under <SKU ID>. Please search the SKU ID on My Listings to find the already created listing.

Resolution: You need to verify if the SKU in Eshopbox matches the seller SKU of your product listing on Flipkart.

Case 2:

Error message:

  • There was a technical error while processing the request, Please retry in some time.

  • Encountered an internal system error whilst processing your request. Please retry.

  • Please specify a valid payload

Resolution: You need to escalate this to Eshopbox support along with the ESIN of your product listing and a screenshot of the error.

Case 3:

Error message:

  • Internal Server Error."}],"status":"FAILURE"

  • There\u0027s been a hiccup, we\u0027re afraid. Please report this.

  • Listings Management Service is down!

Resolution: You need to escalate this to Flipkart support along with the location ID, seller ID, Flipkart SKU, and a screenshot of the error.

Case 4:

Error message:

  • {"error_description":"Invalid access token: null","error":"invalid_token"}

Resolution: You need to reconnect the Flipkart app.

Case 5:

Error message: Listing updates not allowed when listing is in Archived state

Resolution: You need to request Flipkart to un-archive the product listing in order to send inventory updates.
