Tracking a consignment

Once a consignment is created and scheduled on your workspace, you can keep track of its progress as well as view its details.

In this article, you will learn how to track a consignment.

Steps to track a consignment

To track a consignment, follow the below-given steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.

  • Step 2: From the header, navigate to Inventory > Consignments > All consignments.

    You will be redirected to the All consignments page.

  • Step 3: Select the consignment you want to track. You can view the following details on the Track consignment page:

    • Consignment details: Consignment number, Ordered quantity, Number of boxes, Document number.

    • Progress bar

    • Consignment status

Following are the progress markers that'll be visible in the workspace as your consignment gets processed.

  • Consignment is created: A green tick will appear once your consignment has been created successfully on Eshopbox.

  • Consignment is scheduled: A green tick will appear once your consignment has been scheduled successfully on Eshopbox.

  • Consignment is awaited: A green tick will appear once your consignment is awaited.

  • Consignment is received: A green tick will appear once your consignment has been received successfully by Eshopbox.

  • Inward of good against the consignment in the process

Once the inward of your consignment is completed successfully you will be confirmed about its completion.

You will now be able to view the final statistics of the completed consignment and can also export the reports for your reference.

  • Ordered quantity

  • Received quantity

  • Accepted quantity

  • Rejected quantity

  • Overage quantity

  • Shortage quantity

Note: To download either of these reports, simply click on the download icon next to Rejected Qty and Overage Qty.

Once the consignment is marked completed, Eshopbox will take 24 - 48 hours to make your inventory available for sale.
