You can use Eshopbox with up-to-date versions of popular browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari. Any browser you use needs to have JavaScript and cookies turned on. To get the best Eshopbox experience and security updates, upgrade to the latest version of Chrome.

In case your browser is not supported for Eshopbox, you will be redirected to the below screen.

Eshopbox provides you with options in Google Chrome to install Eshopbox. Installing allows you to have access to the portal offline with the latest data. Click on the '+' to install.

If you're using a browser that works with Eshopbox but shows a "This browser is not supported" error, an extension might cause the problem. Try turning off your browser extensions. If you still have this message, reach Eshopbox support. Eshopbox will be delighted to support you!

Eshopbox keeps including new features in the workspace. After logging into your Eshopbox workspace, you may receive the message box. Click on the refresh button.

Eshopbox suggests you save your work before refreshing the page.

Now you can explore the latest features. In case you click on refresh repeatedly and still, see the same message. Clear your cache of the web browser.
