Shipping integration with Return Prime

You can now seamlessly integrate your Order Management System (OMS) with Eshopbox to leverage its efficient shipping services. This integration will help streamline your shipping process and enhance your overall order fulfilment experience.

Before you start, make sure you have

  • A Return prime account

  • An active Eshopbox workspace

To integrate Eshopbox shipping with Return Prime, you need to follow the below-given steps:

Step 1: Install the Return Prime app

To install the Return Prime app in your Eshopbox workspace, you need to follow the below-given steps:

  • Step 1.1: From the header, navigate to Apps.

  • Step 1.2: You will be redirected to the Apps page. Search for Return Prime.

  • Step 1.3: Click on Return Prime app. You will be redirected to the Apps detail page.

  • Step 1.4: The Client ID, Client secret and Refresh token will be auto-populated.

    You need to enter the Client ID, Client secret and refresh token generated here in step 2.4.

Step 2: Connect Eshopbox as a shipping provider in Return prime

To connect Eshopbox as a shipping provider in Return Prime, you need to follow the below-given steps:

  • Step 2.1: Log in to your Return Prime account.

  • Step 2.2: From the sidebar, navigate to Settings > Logistics.

  • Step 2.3: Select Eshopbox as the carrier partner and click on Activate.

  • Step 2.4: Fill in the details below and click on Save and activate. Eshopbox shipping will be configured.

    • Client Id

    • Client secret

    • Refresh token

    • Reverse doorstep QC (Yes/No)

    Notes
    You need to enter the Client ID, Client secret and refresh token generated on your Eshopbox workspace in Step 1.4.

    Once done with the above steps, you can start assigning orders to Eshopbox shipping.

Q1. I want to auto assign Eshopbox for all my returns as soon as it approved. How can I do this?

Yes, you can do so by creating a wonder bot on Return prime. To do so, follow the below given steps:

  • Step 1: Login to your Return Prime account.

  • Step 2: Go to Settings > Wonder Bot Automation.

  • Step 3: Click on Create new rule.

  • Step 4: Enter the Name of the Rule and Define conditions and actions.

  • Step 5: Click on Save.

Now as soon as you return is approved, Eshopbox logistics will be auto assigned to it.

Q2. How does exchange work in Return Prime with Eshopbox shipping?

When a customer initiates an exchange through Return Prime, Eshopbox integrates seamlessly to ensure smooth return pickup and fulfilment of the replacement order.

Here's how the exchange process works when Eshopbox is used as the shipping partner:

  1. Customer creates an exchange request

    1. The customer enters their Order ID, email, or ZIP code on Return Prime to initiate an exchange request.

    2. They select a valid reason and choose the item they want in exchange.

  2. Merchant reviews and approves the request

    1. Once the request is approved by the merchant, Return Prime creates a return pickup using Eshopbox as the logistics partner.

    2. Eshopbox schedules the pickup from the customer and updates tracking details in Return Prime.

  3. Exchange order creation and processing

    1. Return Prime automatically creates a replacement order on Shopify.
      The replacement order is synced with Eshopbox.

    2. The order is processed in Eshopbox by picking, packing, and shipping it with a new tracking ID.
