Searching, viewing and filtering removal orders

You can create and schedule a removal order on your Eshopbox workspace. You can search, filter and track a created and scheduled removal order on your workspace easily.

In this article, you will learn how to search, filter and track removal orders.

Searching removal orders

You can search for any removal order using the search box present in the top bar of the Eshopbox workspace. You can use the Removal ID to search for a removal order.

Viewing removal orders

You need to follow the below-given steps to view removal orders:

  • Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.

  • Step 2: From the header, navigate to Inventory > Remove Inactive inventory > All removals.

    You will be redirected to the All removals page.

  • When you select a removal, you will be able to view the following information:

  • Movement: Location of inventory movement (origin and destination).

  • Details: This shows the Customer Order ID and the created/ dispatched date.

  • Status: Status of the removal.

  • Ordered: Ordered quantity.

  • In process: Quantity confirmed and being packed.

  • Shipped: Quantity ready for dispatch.

You can sort the removals based on:

  • Newest to Oldest

  • Oldest to Newest

  • Pending to complete

  • Complete to pending

  • Qty high to low

  • Qty low to high

Filtering removal orders

You can filter through your removal orders to search for specific details. You need to follow the below-given steps to filter removal orders:

  • Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.

  • Step 2: From the header, navigate to Inventory > Remove Inactive inventory > All removals.

    You will be redirected to the All removals page.

  • Step 3: Click on Filters from the search bar.

  • You can filter your removal orders using any of the below attributes.

  • Location (from)

  • Location (to)

  • Status

  • Created date range

  • Packed date range

  • Dispatched date range

  • Min. ordered qty

  • Max. ordered qty

  • Order number

  • Inventory type

Once the filters are applied, only the products that match all of the conditions will be displayed.

You can also use the following pre-created filters to filter out the removal orders on your workspace.

Tracking removal orders

You can view the following details related to a removal order on the Track removals page.

  • Order Status

    • Order is created

    • Removal of goods against the order is in progress

    • Schedule your order

  • Progress bar

  • Order Details

    • Order Number

    • Ordered Quantity

    • Inventory type

    • QC rejected against

  • Order Summary

    • Shipped Quantity

    • Number of boxes

    • Status
