Searching, viewing and filtering B2B orders

You can create and schedule a B2B order on your Eshopbox workspace. You can search, filter, and track the created and scheduled B2B orders on your workspace easily.

In this article, you will learn how to search, filter, and track B2B orders.

Searching B2B orders

You can search for any B2B order using the search box present in the top bar of the Eshopbox workspace. You can use the Order ID to search for a B2B order.

Viewing B2B orders

You can view your B2B orders by following the below-given steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.

  • Step 2: From the header, navigate to Orders > All B2B Orders.

  • You will be redirected to the B2B orders page.

When you select a B2B order, you will be able to view the following information:


  • Movement: Location of inventory movement (origin and destination).

  • Details: This shows the Customer Order ID and the created/ dispatched date.

  • Status: Status of the B2B order.

  • Ordered: Ordered quantity.

  • In process: Quantity confirmed and being packed.

  • Shipped: Quantity ready for dispatch.

Filtering B2B orders

You can filter through your B2B orders to search for specific details by following the below-given steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.

  • Step 2: From the header, navigate to Orders > All B2B Orders.

  • You will be redirected to the B2B orders page.

  • Step 3: You can filter your B2B orders using any of the below attributes.

  • Date range

  • From Location

  • To Location

  • Status

Once the filters are applied, only the products that match all of the conditions will be displayed.
