Reconnecting apps in Eshopbox

There may be certain instances when an app on your Eshopbox workspace might get disconnected, potentially disrupting the inventory sync and order import operations between the Sales channel and Eshopbox.
The disconnections can happen due to various reasons, such as
  1. Credentials Update: Modifying your credentials within the linked app (such as resetting your Nykaa or Uni-commerce seller login password) may result in a disruption of the connection.

  2. Uninstallation of Eshopbox: Uninstalling the Eshopbox application from your platform (such as Shopify admin) will cause it to disconnect.

  3. Third-Party Technical Issues: Disconnections can also occur due to technical errors from third parties, like the premature expiration of security refresh tokens (such as Flipkart's token expiring prematurely).

When an app gets disconnected from your Eshopbox workspace, you will be notified via email, and an alert message will be displayed on your Eshopbox workspace.
