You can calculate the shipping costs and view the estimated delivery date for an order based on the
Journey type, i.e. Forward or Return
Shipping mode, i.e. Standard or Express
Origin and destination
Order weight and dimensions
Payment mode, i.e. Prepaid or COD
Doorstep QC (Applicable for Return journey type)
Amount to be collected (Applicable for COD orders)

In this article, you will learn how to calculate the overall costs involved in shipping an order.
To calculate the shipping cost, you need to follow the below-given steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.
Step 2: From the header, navigate to Settings > Rate calculator.
Step 3: You will be redirected to the Rate Calculator page. Select the Journey type as
Step 4: Enter the following details
Pickup and Delivery pin code.
Order weight: This includes the total weight of the order including packaging in gm.
Order dimensions, i.e. length, breadth and height in cm.
Payment method: Select the payment mode of the order as Prepaid or COD. This is applicable only in the case of Forward journey,
In case of a COD order, you need to enter the COD amount to be collected, and the COD collection fees will be calculated based on that amount. This is applicable only when the payment method is Cash on delivery.
Doorstep QC: In case of a Return journey, you need to select whether Doorstep QC is required. If required, the Doorstep QC fees will be calculated accordingly.
Step 5: Click on Calculate.
The shipping charges and the estimated delivery date based on the applicable shipping mode will be calculated.
