Mark found inventory

Mark found inventory

Inventory at the fulfilment location may not be physically available at the designated location due to the following reasons:

  • Item was kept on a different shelf.

  • Item was dropped from the shelf.

Once the item is found physically in the fulfilment location, you need to mark it as found and stock it in its designated location.

Note: If the batch on the physical product is not mentioned in the list, then you need to select Non-batch. This scenario happens when the particular item was marked not found before the batching was enabled for this product. In this scenario, it can only be marked found as a non-batch item. In case you want to mark this product as non-sellable, you can use shelf transfer (sellable to non-sellable).
