Manually marking an order as delivered

Usually, the status of an order is updated on the workspace as delivered once it has been successfully handed over to the customer. However, there can be certain instances where the order status is still marked as out for delivery even though the customer has already received it.

In such cases, the customer, as well as you on behalf of the customer, can mark it as delivered manually.

Note: This is valid only in case of prepaid orders.

  • The customer can manually mark the order as delivered using the shared tracking link. They will be redirected to the customer portal from where they can manually mark the order as delivered by verifying the OTP and proceed to place a return.

  • You can mark the order as delivered from your Eshopbox workspace. To do so, you need to follow the below-given steps:

    • Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.

    • Step 2: From the header, navigate to Orders > All Orders.

    • Step 3: Search the order which you need to mark as delivered manually.

    • Step 4: Click on Take Action > View on Customer Portal.

    • Step 5: You will be redirected to the customer portal. Click on Mark as Delivered.

    • Step 6: A 4-digit code will be sent on the email ID as well as the mobile number used while placing the order by the customer.

    • Step 7: Enter the code and click on Confirm. The order will be marked as delivered on the workspace.
