Once packing is done, you need to create a manifest to handover the shipments to the courier partner. Manifest is a document that acts as proof of handing over the shipment to the courier partner. It contains information such as manifest ID, order ID, number of boxes, and number of items for shipments being handover. A single manifest is created for each B2B shipment.
Before you start, make sure:
All the items in the B2B order are packed.
All packed boxes for the particular B2B order are handy with you.
Pickup is scheduled for B2B order
In this article, you will learn how to manifest B2B orders.
You need to follow the below-given steps to create a manifest:
Step 1: Login into your Eshopbox workspace.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the B2B Manifests page. Navigate to the right side of the top pane and click on Create Manifest.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the Create Manifest page. Scan the Shipment ID from the box label pasted on the box, and click on submit.
Step 6: A new manifest will be created. You will be redirected to the B2B Manifests page. Click on the Created view to get a list of all the created manifests. Search the manifest using the shipment ID in the search bar. Now, click on Manifest against the particular manifest.
Step 7: Scan the Box ID from the box label pasted on the box and click OK to proceed.
Similarly, scan all the boxes for the shipment and click on Complete.
Step 8: Click on Print to print the invoice and click on OK to proceed.
Note: Before you print the invoice, make sure that pickup is scheduled and the invoice is uploaded in Eshopbox. Learn more on how to schedule pickup for B2B orders
Step 9: Click on Print to print the manifest, and click on Submit. Keep the printed manifest and invoice documents along with all the packed boxes for the order in a designated area.
