Managing your Eshopbox Subscription
Using your Eshopbox workspace, you can view your subscription details, rate card and also request modification for your subscription.

Viewing your subscription
To view your subscription details, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.
Step 2: From the header, navigate to the profile icon.
Step 3: Select My Subscription from the dropdown.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the My Subscriptions page, where you can view your
Current subscription plan details.
Fee summary showing the billing amount and next billing date.
Add-ons enabled for your account.
Shipping fee and fulfilment fee as per the rate card agreed upon at the time of signup.
Modifying your subscription
To modify your subscription, follow the below steps:
Step 1: On the My Subscriptions page, click on Modify Subscription.
Step 2: A pop-up will appear. Select the type of subscription modification needed and enter the details.
Step 3: Click on Submit.
A ticket will be created to process your request. You can view the ticket and track its status by clicking on View Ticket.
Buying add-ons
Add-ons allow you to enhance and customize your subscription with extra features. To buy an add-on, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Click on Upgrade Add-on.
Step 2: A pop-up will appear. Select the add-on which you want to purchase.
Step 3: The charges for the selected add-ons will be calculated on a prorated basis. You can review it and click on Pay Now to buy the add-ons.
Step 4: Once the payment is done, the add-ons will added immediately to your subscription.
