B2B cargo orders typically involve bulk shipments that require special handling, coordination, and documentation.

Unlike regular e-commerce orders, B2B cargo shipments often have unique requirements such as appointment-based deliveries, special packaging, and specific documentation like commercial invoices and e-way bills.

Requesting a shipping label

To initiate shipping for a B2B cargo order, a label must be generated by Eshopbox.

To raise a ticket, you need to follow the below given steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.

  • Step 2: Navigate to the Help section from the top header and select My Tickets.

  • Step 3: On the Tickets page, click Ask for assistance.

  • Step 4: Select the topic B2B order processing > I want to request shipping label for B2B Cargo shipping.

  • Step 5: Download the CSV template and fill in all required fields:

    • Pickup and delivery addresses

    • POC (Point of Contact) names and contact numbers for both locations

    • Invoice and E-way bill URLs

      Note: To convert Invoice PDF to a URL, follow the below given steps:

      • For Google Drive

        • Upload PDF to Google Drive

        • Right-click > Get Link > Set visibility (e.g., "Anyone with the link")

        • Copy the URL

      • For Dropbox

        • Upload to Dropbox

        • Click “Share” > “Create link” > Copy URL"

    • Number of boxes, along with their dimensions and dead weight

    • Appointment-based delivery details, if applicable

    • Payment collection details, if applicable

  • Step 6: Upload the completed CSV and click on Submit.

Once submitted, a ticket will be created, and our Support team will process your request. You will receive a response with the following details:

  • Tracking ID

  • Reference Number

  • Courier Name

  • Estimated delivery date

  • Tracking Link

  • Shipping Label PDF

Note: To ensure timely pickup, Eshopbox follows cut-off timings for B2B cargo label generation and pickup schedule.

Q1. I don't have the appointment details when requesting a label. Can I book an appointment later?

Yes, you can request appointment-based delivery at a later stage by raising a ticket to Eshopbox Support.

To raise a ticket, you need to follow the below given steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.

  • Step 2: Navigate to the Help section from the top header and select My Tickets.

  • Step 3: On the Tickets page, click Ask for assistance.

  • Step 4: Select the topic B2B order processing > I want to book an appointment based delivery.

  • Step 5: Enter the order ID.

  • Step 6: Select Yes, if you want to schedule an appointment based delivery and enter the following details:

    • Delivery date and time slot

    • Name and Contact details of POC

The Support team will coordinate with the shipping partner to schedule the delivery as per the appointment availability.
