Eshopbox offers flexible inventory management options tailored to your business needs. Whether you prefer to manage inventory within Eshopbox or handle it directly on your website, this guide explains how inventory sync works in both scenarios.

Do not manage inventory approach

Pre-Integrated Website: If your website is pre-integrated with Eshopbox like Shopify, Woocommerce:
1. You must update your inventory on your website. Eshopbox will not update inventory on your website.
2. Orders created on your website will get synced automatically with your Eshopbox workspace for processing.
Non-Integrated Website: If your website is not integrated with Eshopbox:
1. You must update your inventory on your website. Eshopbox will not update inventory on your website.
2. Orders from your website can be created in your Eshopbox workspace:
  1. Create an order manually in your Eshopbox workspace. You can log in to your Eshopbox workspace and create the order by providing the required details. You can create an order individually or in bulk via CSV.
  2. Integrate with Eshopbox for order creation. You can integrate with Eshopbox to create order. Learn how to create order individually via API. Learn how to create order in bulk via API.

Managing inventory approach

Pre-Integrated Website: If your website is pre-integrated with Eshopbox like Shopify, Woocommerce:
1. Eshopbox will sync inventory updates to your website in real-time.
2. Orders from your website will synced automatically into your Eshopbox workspace for processing.
Non-Integrated Website: If your website is not integrated with Eshopbox:
1. Inventory will be managed in Eshopbox, and updates will be sent to your website via webhooks. You need to subscribe to the Eshopbox webhooks to get the inventory updates. Learn how to subscribe to Eshopbox webhooks.
2. Orders from your website can be created in your Eshopbox workspace:
  1. Create an order manually in your Eshopbox workspace. You can log in to your Eshopbox workspace and create the order by providing the required details. You can create an order individually or in bulk via CSV.

3. Eshopbox recommends you to integrate with Eshopbox Inventory API. This API will help you get the real-time inventory of the SKU. This API will help you reconcile the inventory between Eshopbox and your website.
