  • Step 1: Log in to the Flipkart sales channel portal.

  • Step 2: From the header, navigate to the top right corner and click on Help > Contact Seller support

  • You need to choose a concern for which you want to raise a ticket.

  • Step 3: Click on Logistic-related queries/complaints to raise a ticket for the order with a failed pickup

  • Step 4: Choose your concern for the failed to handover order. If the pick-up is denied, then click on My orders could not be picked up due to a bar code scanning issue.

  • Step 5: Click on No, Create seller support ticket.

  • You need to provide the necessary details. You can also upload the orders in case you have multiple orders.

  • Step 6: Click on Create Ticket.

  • You will get a ticket number to track the status of the raised ticket.

You can easily check the status of the raised ticket on the sales channel portal.
