Handing over removals

AlertThis article is applicable only if you want to manage inventory at your fulfilment location.

Once you have packed and scheduled the removals, you have to perform the handover of the packed removals to the courier partner.

Before you start, make sure

  • The removal is packed and scheduled.

  • The invoice is uploaded for handover.

In this article, you will learn how to hand over a packed removal.

Steps to handover removals

To handover removals, you need to follow the below steps:

  • Step 1: Login into your Eshopbox workspace.

  • Step 2: From the header, navigate to Inventory > Remove inactive inventory > Ship.

  • Step 3: Click on the Handover pending tab. You will get the list of removals that are pending for handover.

  • Step 4: Click on Handover against the removal for which you want to perform handover.

  • Step 5: You will be redirected to Handover page. Scan the Box ID all the removal boxes which you want to handover and click on OK.

    Note: In case you missed scanning any box from the consignment, you will be able to see the list of pending boxes.

  • Step 7: Enter the name of the delivery person and click OK.

  • Step 8: Enter the tracking ID shared by the courier partner and click OK.

  • Step 9: Enter the courier partner's name and click OK.

  • Step 10: Enter the vehicle number of the courier partner and click OK.

  • Step 11: Click on Print to print the manifest and click OK.

  • Step 12: Upload the signed copy of the manifest and click on Submit.

You will be redirected to the Ship removals page and the status of the removal will be updated as Completed on the workspace.
