Once you have created the manifest, the B2B shipment is ready for handover. You need to mark the handover for the manifest when the shipments are physically handed over to the courier partner. Handover is the last step of order processing.
Before you start, make sure:
Manifest is created for the shipment.
All the packed boxes for the shipment along with its printed manifest and invoice are handy with you.
In this article, you will learn how to handover B2B orders.
You need to follow the below-given steps to handover orders:
Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.
Step 2: From the header, navigate to Orders > Process B2B Orders.
Step 3: You will be redirected to the Confirm B2B Orders page. Click on Ship.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the B2B Manifests page. Click on Manifested view. You will get the list of all manifests that are pending handover. Search the manifest using the manifest ID available on the printed manifest. Now, click on Handover against the particular manifest that you need to handover.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the Handover Page. Get the courier partner's signature on the printed manifest. Click on Drag or Upload file to upload the signed manifest copy and click on Submit.
