Flipkart seller pickup timing options at Eshopbox FC

If you’re using an Eshopbox Fulfillment Center (FC) for your Flipkart orders, you might notice that your pickup timings are already fixed and sometimes not ideal for your operations. A common question Flipkart sellers ask is: Can these pickup timings be changed?

Why pickup timings are fixed

Once you add Eshopbox FC locations on your Flipkart seller hub, Flipkart automatically assigns pickup and cutoff timings for that location.

These timings are not random. They are determined by Flipkart based on:

  • Courier pickup routes
  • Logistics network capacity
  • Order volume and processing efficiency
  • Regional operational constraints

Flipkart control these timings and they are fully managed by Flipkart.

Can you request a change

Yes, but with a condition. Sellers can request a change in pickup timing, but this must be done by raising a ticket directly with Flipkart Seller Support.

Note: You need to provide a valid reason for the request and approval depends entirely on Flipkart’s internal evaluation.

Eshopbox FCs are operationally flexible and support multiple pickup windows throughout the day.

Common pickup slots include:

Pickup Timing/Slots
12 PM
12 PM - 02 PM
2 PM
02 PM - 04 PM
4 PM
04 PM - 06 PM

Even though multiple slots are supported, the final assigned timing depends on Flipkart.
