Exporting Batch-wise Inventory Report

Exporting Batch-wise Inventory Report

Batch tracking allows you to track your inventory units using batch specific details like manufacturing dates, expiry dates, or other attributes. It is especially useful for perishable products with limited shelf lives, such as food and beverages as it ensures that they are shipped before reaching their stop ship date. We use the First To Expire, First To Ship Out (FEFO) approach to prevent your customers from receiving out-of-date items.

You can use the batch-wise inventory tracking report to easily track the batch from which your shipment belongs to. This report also allows you to check when your inventory is getting expired. If one product expires from a batch, the entire batch is considered expired. This feature helps you maintain the quality of your inventory and prevents product recalls due to expired items.
