Every order marked as ready to ship in Eshopbox is assigned an expected handover date, and a pickup is automatically scheduled on which the courier partner will attempt to pick up the order.

The orders will be collected by the courier partner in two slots: between 4 pm to 6 pm and between 6 pm to 8 pm.
