Enabling e-invoicing on your Eshopbox workspace

Step 1: Generating the IRP credentials

To enable e-invoicing on your Eshopbox workspace, you need to generate your IRP credentials. Learn here how to generate your IRP credentials.

Step 2: Enabling e-invoicing on your Eshopbox workspace

Once your IRP username and password are generated you need to follow the below-given steps to enable e-invoicing on your Eshopbox workspace.

  • Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.

  • Step 2: From the header, navigate to Settings.

  • Step 3: You will be redirected to the Settings page. Select E-invoicing.

  • Step 4: You will be redirected to the E-invoicing page.

  • Step 5: Click on Enable e-invoicing. You will be redirected to the Enable e-invoicing page.

  • Step 6: Enter the GSTIN number and IRP credentials i.e. Username and Password. Click on Save and Validate. You need to use the credentials generated in Step 1.

  • Step 7: Your IRP credentials will be added successfully. You will be redirected back to the e-invoicing page where you can view the added IRPs.

Once you have enabled e-invoicing on your workspace, you can add multiple IRP credentials. To do so, click on Add IRP credentials.

You can also reconfigure or disconnect any added IRP credentials by clicking on Take Action.
