Handling returns is a regular part of order management, and Eshopbox makes this process simple and quick. You can create returns directly using your Eshopbox Workspace.

Follow the steps in this article to create a return from your Eshopbox workspace:
Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.
Step 2: From the header, navigate to Orders > All Orders.
Step 3: Click the Create button in the top-right corner, then select Create Return from the dropdown.
Step 4: The Create Return page opens. Enter the Order ID or Forward Tracking ID and click on Submit button
Step 5: The order details will be auto-filled instantly. Review the details carefully.
Step 6: Click Create Return to complete the process.
In case forward order is not created in Eshopbox workspace. You can still create a return by entering the details manually to proceed with return creation.
The Customer Order ID is mandatory if the order is not fulfilled by Eshopbox.
Note: If the Auto generated option is selected, clear the checkbox to manually enter the details.
When you select QC fields, you must provide the corresponding QC details in the Return product details section.
Example: If you select Color, enter the color code or If you select Brand, enter the brand name.
