With Eshopbox, you can seamlessly integrate your Nykaa seller account and sell your products on Nykaa.
Configuring Eshopbox with your Nykaa seller account ensures:
Inventory updates: Whenever there is a change in inventory levels on Eshopbox, the corresponding inventory quantities will be updated on Nykaa.
Fetch orders: Whenever an order is created on Nykaa, it will be fetched and created on the Eshopbox workspace.
Push order status updates: Whenever there is an update in the order status on the Eshopbox workspace, the corresponding status will be pushed on Nykaa.
Cancel orders: When an order is cancelled on Nykaa, it will be cancelled on the Eshopbox workspace.
Manage product availability: The products created on Nykaa will be imported and mapped against the products created on the Eshopbox workspace.
Sync returns: When a return is created on Nykaa, the order status will be updated as return on the way on the Eshopbox workspace.
In this article, you will learn how to integrate your Nykaa seller account with Eshopbox.
Before you start
Make sure you have an active Eshopbox workspace.
Keep your Nykaa seller account credentials handy.
Steps to configure Nykaa with Eshopbox
To integrate Nykaa with Eshopbox, you need to follow the below-given steps.
Step 1: Installing Nykaa app
From the sidebar of your Eshopbox workspace, navigate to Apps.
On the Apps listing page, search Nykaa.
Click on the Nykaa app icon.
You will be redirected to the Apps detail page where you need to configure the Nykaa seller account with Eshopbox.
Step 2: Configuring Nykaa
On the Apps detail page, you will be able to view various steps that need to be completed in order to set up Nykaa with Eshopbox.
Step 2.1: Connect to the Nykaa seller account
Click on the Connect your Nykaa Seller Account tab.
Enter the Username and Password. You need to connect with your Nykaa account manager for these credentials.
You can use the same app to connect your Nykaa.com and Nykaa Fashion Seller account. You need to enter a code along with the Username received from Nykaa.
50: For Nykaa.com seller account.
53: For Nykaa Fashion seller account.
Note: If you are selling from multiple locations then you need to enter your parent vendor credentials.
Click on Next.
You will be redirected to the next step if the connection is established successfully.
If the username or password is entered incorrectly, an error for invalid credentials will be displayed on the workspace. Therefore, you must cross-check the credentials and fill in the same again.
Step 2.2: Configure your fulfilment locations
You need to enable the fulfilment locations which will be used to fulfil the Nykaa orders.
Click on the Choose fulfilment locations tab to view the list of Eshopbox fulfilment locations.
Toggle on the locations that you want to enable.
A dialogue box will appear. Enter the Nykaa Location ID (Vendor Code).
In case you are selling from a single location, the Location ID will be the Vendor ID itself.
If you are selling from multiple locations, you need to connect with your Nykaa account manager for the individual location IDs.
Click on Save.
Step 2.3: Manage your product catalog
The next step is to build and map your Nykaa product catalog in your Eshopbox workspace.
If you turn the product catalog automation ON, Eshopbox will automatically fetch the product catalog from Nykaa. This identifies matches between Nykaa's products and those within your Eshopbox workspace, using either SKU or barcode.
If a match is found, the products will be linked to the Nykaa catalog.
If the integration doesn't find a match for a product in your Eshopbox workspace, you can configure the automation using any of the following options.
Option A: It will create a draft product for you. You can also mention the default tax code of such draft products. If the tax code is different for different products you can keep the skip selecting any code. You can find a list of such draft products by navigating to Inventory > All Products > Drafts section. Sometimes, you may find that a product already exists in your Eshopbox workspace, but it's listed as a draft. It may happen because the SKU mentioned on Nykaa is different than configured in the Eshopbox workspace. To avoid duplicates, you can merge draft products with existing ones.
Option B: You can choose to ignore products without matching SKU and barcode. You will have to manually create such products individually or in bulk using import. If the products are already created in your workspace, mark them available either individually or using import. While marking the product available you will need to enter the Nykaa code of the product.
In either case, you will be able to track the progress of the product sync automation as seen below:
Products that are not created on the Eshopbox workspace will show an error. Learn here how to fix import errors.
Products that have the same SKU in Nykaa will not be imported to your Eshopbox workspace.
Products with missing SKUs in Nykaa will not be imported to your Eshopbox workspace.
If you choose to keep the automation off, you will need to manually import your Nykaa products on your Eshopbox workspace, either individually or in bulk.
Click on Next.
Step 2.4: Set automation
Configuring the automation will help you easily streamline repetitive tasks and processes you want to automate for Nykaa.
Click on the Set automation tab to view the automation that can be configured. Eshopbox allows you to sync inventory, orders, and order updates in Nykaa.
2.4.1 Sync Inventory levels
Toggle the button ON to update Nykaa inventory quantities for inventory level changes in Eshopbox. Whenever there is a change in inventory levels in Eshopbox, the corresponding inventory quantities will be updated on Nykaa. In case of a stockout, inventory will be updated instantly.
If you have turned the automation 'on', then turning 'off' the automation will stop any further updates to the Nykaa stock. If you want to deactivate your listings from Nykaa, you will have to make your stock zero for those products from your Nykaa account.
2.4.2 Create new orders
Toggle the button ON to create a new order on Eshopbox whenever an order is placed on Nykaa. If you are using multiple Eshopbox fulfilment centres, Nykaa will decide which fulfilment centre will process the order. Eshopbox will import approved orders assigned to enabled locations.
Note: If the inventory for a particular product is unavailable at the designated fulfilment location, Nykaa will automatically switch to an alternate location where the inventory is present.
2.4.3 Cancel orders
Toggle the button ON to mark the orders as cancelled orders on Eshopbox automatically which are cancelled on Nykaa.
2.4.4 Create returns
Toggle the button ON to mark the orders as Return on the way on Eshopbox automatically for which a return is created on Nykaa.
Once all the automation is done, click on Save.
The Nykaa seller account will be integrated with Eshopbox after completing the above steps. You will see Active mentioned in green near the Nykaa icon on the Apps detail page.
