In this article you will learn how to configure shipping label settings in the Eshopbox workspace. Eshopbox now lets you customize shipping labels from the workspace, including printer settings, displayed product details, and branding like company logos. These configurations automatically apply to all eligible orders, replacing the earlier fixed label format and enabling more flexible printing, cleaner labels, and consistent brand presentation.

Step-by-Step guide to Configure Label

Step 1: Log in to Eshopbox Workspace

Step 2: Go to Settings and click on Label Settings

By default, Thermal printers are configured to print in A6 format (4 × 6 inches). Each print produces a single label on one sheet.

Step 4: Printing Preferences

To print in A4 format (8 × 11 inches), you can choose Desktop printers and adjust the printing preferences:

• 2 labels per A4: Prints two labels on a single A4 sheet.
• 4 labels per A4: Prints four labels on a single A4 sheet.

Note: Printing preferences will apply only to orders processed at your own location (Self FC). For orders processed by Eshopbox, these preferences will not be applicable.

Step 5: Configure label

If you have confidential products, you can hide product title on the shipping label. You can also upload your company logo to enhance branding and have it printed on the shipping label.

• Hide product SKU: Toggle to remove SKU from the label.
• Hide product title: Toggle to remove product title from the label.
• Company logo: Upload your company logo to the label layout.

Step 6: Once all preferences are selected, click Submit.
